Teresa Santana is a fiber artist based in Northern California, creating vibrant woven works primarily from recycled and second-hand yarn.

Her love of textiles began early – crocheting bikini tops, tying rag rugs, and sewing original garments as a teenager. Making things has long been both her creative outlet and her therapeutic escape. Teresa draws inspiration from bold color combinations, eclectic patterns, and the unique textiles she’s collected from around the world. In 2019, she built her first loom from yard scraps, and she’s been weaving ever since – captivated by the rhythm, texture, and expressive potential of the craft.
